Freight Shipping, Transparently Priced
You've seen our calculator — the same honesty applies when we move your actual cargo. Every quote itemizes origin charges, freight, fuel and the destination fees that other forwarders rediscover after arrival. The quote is the price; if we missed a line, it's ours.
Sound familiar?
- ✕A quoted rate that grew destination fees after the vessel sailed.
- ✕Forwarder quotes you can't compare because no two include the same things.
- ✕LCL bills that make the CFS charges the star of the invoice.
- ✕Radio silence between booking and 'your container has arrived'.
How we do it
- 1
Quote with everything shown
The line items you see in our calculator — freight, duties estimate, destination fees — appear in the real quote, in writing.
- 2
Book the right mode
Sea LCL/FCL, air, rail or express — recommended by your cargo math, not our margin on that week's rate.
- 3
Move it, documented
Booking, pickup, export clearance and loading — with documents to you before departure, not after.
- 4
Track it, honestly
Milestone updates, including the delays other forwarders go quiet about. Bad news early beats good news never.
What you receive
Every engagement includes these deliverables — in writing, every time.
- ✓Itemized all-in quote (the calculator's promise, in writing)
- ✓Carrier booking confirmation and loading photos

+Why are your LCL quotes sometimes higher than others?
Because ours include the destination CFS fees the other quote is hiding — typically $30–60/CBM that arrives on a second invoice. Compare all-in numbers and we'll win more often than not. If we don't, take the cheaper one — we said what we'd say.
+Which mode should I pick?
The calculator's recommendation is a good start. Send us the cargo and we'll quote the two sensible options side by side — the answer is usually cargo-specific, not generic.
+Do you ship DDP?
Yes — see our DDP service. Same rule applies: duties calculated from your real HS codes, every fee in the quote.
